The independent Disciplinary Panel of the British Horseracing Authority will convene fromÌýTuesday 30 NovemberÌý2021, with five additional dates reserved,Ìýto consider whether Licensed Jockey Robbie Dunne is in breach of the following Rules of Racing:
i.ÌýActed in breach ofÌýRule (J)19Ìý(Conduct Prejudicial to Horseracing)Ìýof the Rules of Racing by engaging in conduct which the BHA considers is prejudicial to the integrity, proper conduct and good reputation of horseracing in Great Britain by bullying and harassing a fellow Licensed Jockey between 13 February 2020 and 3 September 2020;
ii.ÌýActed in breach ofÌýRule (J)19Ìý(Conduct Prejudicial to Horseracing)Ìýof the Rules of Racing by verbally abusing and threatening a fellow Licensed Jockey at Stratford Racecourse on 8 July 2020;iii.ÌýActed in breach ofÌýRule (J)19Ìý(Conduct Prejudicial to Horseracing)Ìýof the Rules of Racing by verbally abusing and threatening a fellow Licensed Jockey at Uttoxeter Racecourse on 17 August 2020;iv.ÌýActed in breach ofÌýRule (J)19Ìý(Conduct Prejudicial to Horseracing)Ìýof the Rules of Racing by verbally abusing and threatening a fellow Licensed Jockey at Southwell Racecourse on 3 September 2020.In addition, whether Licensed Jockey Robbie Dunne acted in breach ofÌýRule (J)20Ìý(A Person must not act in a violent or improper manner) as a result of his actions at:Ìýi. Stratford Racecourse on 8 July 2020 by verbally abusing and threatening a fellow Licensed Jockey;ii. Uttoxeter Racecourse on 17 August 2020 by verbally abusing and threatening a fellow Licensed Jockey;iii. Southwell Racecourse on 3 September 2020 by verbally abusing and threatening a fellow Licensed Jockey.
A total of up to six days have been set aside for the hearing, as follows: Tuesday 30 November, Wednesday 1 December, Thursday 2 December, Tuesday 7 December, Wednesday 8 December and Thursday 9 December,Ìýhowever it is possible that the full six days will not be required.
