鈥淭he Disciplinary Panel that Harry Findlay stood before is independent and its decision objective and impartial.
鈥淎s with all Disciplinary Enquiries, Mr Findlay has seven days from the receipt of the Panel鈥檚 reasons to appeal the decision, when he can also request a stay of penalty. Should he choose to appeal, we hope that the Appeal Board would be in a position to consider such an application on an expedited basis.
